I have actually been doing menu planning for about a month or so after getting the idea from a friend, and fellow blogger. I don't always start my menu plan on the same day of the week because it really centres around my husband's shifts.
This week it actually started on Saturday because we went grocery shopping and my husband is off for a week. It only goes until Wednesday and then we will plan our weekend and do another one.
I will not be posting any recipes today, but will add a section for recipes as I get a chance.

sausage, spinach & feta
pasta noodles
Sunday
steak on the BBQ
President's Choice Mushroom risotto (one of the only pre-packaged food items I like)
sesame asparagus (with mushrooms)
Monday
Pecan chicken breasts
green beans
roasted sweet potato
Tuesday
shrimp curry-in-a-hurry
steamed basmati rice
Wednesday
burgers
spinach salad (with strawberries, toasted almonds and homemade raspberry vinaigrette)
